March is Pet Poison Awareness Month!

I'd like to hear from you for Pet Poison Awareness Month!

March is Pet Poison Awareness Month!

We’re nearly halfway through our ABCs! Yes, J is coming!   While I edit writing, make new art, make my final tweaks, and play with new text faces, I’d like to take the opportunity to hear from YOU, the audience.

Spring is the time for pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and all the other things that help encourage or keep things from growing.  That leaves so many things for us to cover!  What sort of things would you like to hear about?

Leave a post in the comments about a poison of which YOU want to be made aware.  Or pick one about which you want others to know!

I don’t think we can discuss the dangers of lilies enough. it is the only toxic that pretty much jumps off the plant and goes after your kitty (well no, not really, but the pollen is the problem and it is so sticky…)

There are so many things around house & garden that can harm your pet. Ice melt in the Winter, Easter plants in Spring, chocolate, and peanut butter that contains xylitol are the ones that top my list. Great post!

Common household cleaning supplies would be a great topic.

It’s a shame you don’t have a donate button! I’d definitely donate to this
brilliant blog! I suppose for now i’ll settle for book-marking and adding
your RSS feed to my Google account. I look forward to fresh updates and will share this blog with my Facebook group.
Talk soon!

This time of year, I believe awareness about herbicides and insecticides is very important. It is so easy for them to get access and a lot of people don’t know these products are harmful to their pets.
